I’ve been fighting a cold for the past few days. What a bummer to have a sore throat, stuffy nose, and a headache all during reading week! I guess it’s better to be sick while I don’t have classes?
Anyway, whenever I’m under the weather I try to incorporate more garlic into my diet. So tonight I made some extremely garlicky, kick-ass guacamole to help speed up my recovery, and I want to share it with you. It’s super simple, fast, and easy. I promise.
What you need:
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl and let the concoction sit for 30 minutes, so the delicious flavors blend together. Then eat your heart out! You can dip tortilla chips, soda crackers, or carrots into the guacamole… or spread it on toast.
Voilà. I told you it was simple!
